FullTilt's n-tier open architecture does not require complex, expensive client software or Citrix clients. No Java applets, Windows DLLs, or browser plug-ins are necessary with our thin browser client architecture. Thus, the client can be a Web browser, mobile device, web-enabled phone or external system that uses standard Internet technologies such as HTTP, HTML, and XML to communicate with a FullTilt-supported Application Server.
FullTilt is built with 100% advanced Java technology and can support any JDBC compliant database (Oracle, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000), and supports the leading application servers such as BEA, IBM, Microsoft and Webmethods.
FullTilt's infrastructure was designed with the goal of developing an application that focused on the quality of information and could scale to meet extreme amounts of data processing activity. By addressing this challenge during the design phase, we've been able to successful support the most demanding enterprise environments. FullTilt's Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is implemented in 100% pure Java with RMI, EJB, XML, and SOAP APIs for ultimate integration flexibility, and is designed to fully leverage an enterprises' existing infrastructure including Database (JDBC), Directory (JNDI), Security (JAAS) and Application Server (J2EE). |
