| Enterprise Implementation |
The FullTilt Enterprise Implementation Methodology is specifically targeted toward the activities, steps, and deliverables involved in the deployment and use of the FullTilt Perfect Product Suite product. FullTilt's success in delivering robust, reliable solutions is due in part to the use of our Methodologies. This Methodology is oriented toward the application of real world techniques to design and manage a software implementation engagement. It documents our "best practices" approach and draws on our considerable experience in designing and delivering mission-critical systems.
The FullTilt Enterprise Implementation Methodology is a 5-phase/5 threaded approach to the configuration, integration and deployment of FullTilt's Perfect Product Suite software application. The 5 Phases allow the methodology to scale to each clients approach to implementation. The Phases are a set of timed practical guidelines for the implementation and management of an entire FullTilt Enterprise implementation. The project thread elements cover all functional aspects of a successful implementation, including Project Leadership, Business Process Development, Training, Data, Systems and Technology.
FullTilt's Enterprise Implementation Methodology is a combination of Focus Threads and timed Phases. Threads provide clarity and focus on important areas or groups of tasks that potentially can facilitate project structure, key deliverable identification and overall general awareness of critical path to complete.
Project Management. As in most projects strong project leadership is one, if not the most critical tracks/aspects of a successful Implementation. A FullTilt Enterprise implementation is no different. The Project Management track involves multiple activities including creation of product governance, approach, status reporting, scheduling, team meetings, risk management, change management, and budget tracking.
Methodology Roadmap. The Methodology Roadmap is a high level view of the defined 5 phases:
- Plan
- Configure
- Customize
- Test
- Release
All phases of the methodology are actively managed from start to finish. In addition, each phase will leverage experience from previous projects and provide knowledge for future engagements by utilizing FullTilt's Knowledge Library. |
