FullTilt Positioned in Magic Quadrant Report on Product Information Management (PIM) Market

Wayne, PA - FullTilt Solutions Inc., a provider of enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, announced today that it has been included in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Product Information Management 2005 for PIM based on ability to execute and completeness of vision. Gartner evaluated each vendor’s capability against criteria such as viability, product functionality, data model, information quality and audit-ability, integration and synchronization, business services built for an SOA environment, performance, scalability and availability.

Gartner points out that “Product Information Management (PIM) is the key technology that has emerged to help enterprises support their PCDM (product content and data management) efforts. The report also stated that "Organizations struggle to gain a consistent, complete and accurate single view of the products they manufacture or handle for operational and analytical purposes."

“We believe Gartner’s Magic Quadrant Report for the product information management market is a very positive indication of the rapid market growth of product centric master data management solutions.” said Tim Wallace, CEO at FullTilt Solutions. “We feel FullTilt’s success can be directly attributed to our ability to deliver the highest market value proposition, with the most flexible, feature-rich and scalable solution.”

Based on conversations with clients, Gartner expects to see strong growth across a wide range of industries, including retail, consumer goods, industrial, automotive, life-sciences and distribution/wholesale. In fact, Gartner estimates that by 2009, the PIM market will see strong growth, reaching revenue of more than $500 million.

FullTilt’s Perfect Product Suite automatically aggregates product information from multiple enterprise databases and applications, standardizes it to eliminate errors such as conflicting item definitions, and provides a powerful rules-based business process management system that keeps information up to date through intelligent workflow.

FullTilt also provides a product centric Master Data Management (MDM) solution which has become a fundamental requirement for an achievable MDM strategy. A centralized product information repository supports efforts to rationalize tangential product attributes related to customers, suppliers and other vital enterprise attributes.
