Tim Wallace - Chief Executive Officer and Director |
Tim Wallace is a seasoned CEO with over 24 years of experience in the service and consulting industry. Under Mr. Wallace's guidance, FullTilt has attracted $22 million in venture capital, increased revenues annually, remained profitable, and earned a spot on the regional Deloitte & Touche "Technology Fast 50" list for four consecutive years. Additionally, Mr. Wallace has been a three-time finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and a finalist for the Enterprise Award for "CEO of the Year."
Prior to joining FullTilt in 2000, Mr. Wallace served as CEO of systems integrator XeroxConnect, and as the President and CEO for XLConnect Solutions, Inc., where he was also one of the founders of the company. XLConnect began in 1991 with 75 people as a subsidiary of Intelligent Electronics and grew to 2000 employees by 1999. Mr. Wallace and other members of the management team took the company public in October of 1996. Xerox acquired XLConnect in June of 1998 for approximately $420 million.
Mr. Wallace formerly was a partner in The Waldec Group, a system integration company that was twice on the Inc. 500 list. He previously spent eleven years with Arthur Andersen & Company, where he was Managing Director of the Business Consulting Practice in the Pittsburgh office and played a key role in expanding the company's International Business Consulting Practice.
Mr. Wallace received a Master of Business Administration from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Pennsylvania Institute of Public Accountants. In addition to sitting on the FullTilt's board of directors, he currently serves on the boards of numerous companies including ServiceWare, Inc., MEDecision, Inc., Satori, Inc. and the World Affairs Counsel. |
